Leisure Link School Holiday Program - Campbelltown and Liverpool

 

Leisure Link provides School Holiday Programs for children and young people with a disability, including behavioural support needs, where they can spend time with their peers in age appropriate, creative, recreation and leisure programs during school holiday periods.

 

Leisure Link offers a variety of centre based activities and community outings for its participants. This may include bowling, swimming, movies, sensory based activities, jewellery making and cooking.

 

Leisure Link does not provide transport to and from the program.

 

The Leisure Link program is open to children and young people with a disability aged 7-17. Age groups are 7-12 years and 13-17 years to ensure age appropriate activities and compatibility of interests.

 

Each child or young person with a disability accepted in to the Leisure Link School Holiday Program will be provided with up to 192 hours of service per year.

 

The service may include two weekend holidays for people with minimum behavioural support needs per year or one Saturday program with a dance party each school holiday period.

 

The program runs during school holidays from Monday to Friday between 8.30am-4.00pm, and has a $5 daily attendance fee per person. Fees are paid daily or weekly.

After School Activities - Campbelltown

 

Leisure Link provides After School Activities for children and young people with a disability, including behavioural support needs, where they can spend time with their peers in age appropriate programs after school.

 

The Leisure Link After School Activities program is open to children and young people with a disability aged 7 years to 17 years. Age brackets will be 7 years to 12 years and 13 years to 17 years to ensure age appropriate activities and compatibility of interests.

 

Each child or young person with a disability accepted in to the Leisure Link After School Activities program will be provided with up to 192 hours of service per year.

 

Leisure Link charges a $5 daily attendance fee per person. Fees are paid weekly or by a monthly invoice.

 

Leisure Link does not provide transport to and from the program. Staff can assist with referrals to transport providers.

 

The program runs from Monday to Friday between 2.30-6.00pm during school terms and has a $5 daily attendance fee per person. Fees are paid daily or weekly.
