As a disability generalist employment service, Macarthur Personnel was established in 1982. We have been operating in the Macarthur and Miller regions since establishment and more recently in 2010 in the Southern Highlands. We have experience to deliver Employment Services to you at NO COST!

What we do

• Connect you with the right person who is efficient, reliable and motivated to work at your establishment.
• Coordinate employment interviews with job seekers who are suited to the vacancy.
• Provide you with a service that is friendly, responsive and keeps you informed of the process and progress.
• Opportunity for Post Placement Support to you and the new employee.
• Assessing whether you are eligible for wage subsidy payments from DEEWR.
